Valeska Bühler
Valeska Bühler studied architecture at the Stuttgart Uni- versity of Applied Sciences and at the Darmstadt University of Technology with on semester abroad at the ENSA Nantes, France. She gained practical experience during her internship with Gruber + Kleine-Kraneburg Architects, Frankfurt, amongst others as well. During that time she was a part of the creation of IG Metall Headquarters in Frankfurt. She also worked as a teaching assistant for the Chair of Building Construction, Professor Rainer Zinsmeister (Hft Stuttgart), and the Chair of Basic Structural Engineering, Professor Wolfgang Lorch (TU Darmstadt). She graduated at the top of her class with a degree in Residential Housing Construction and was awarded the coveted award „Förderpreis des hessisschen Baugewerbes.“
After graduation she worked for the office of Wandel Höfer Lorch + Hirsch, Saarbrücken and Frankfurt, until founding buehler M Architekten.
Since 2009 she has gained a university teaching position in Residential Housing Design and Construction under Professor Günther Pfeifer at the Darmstadt University of Technology.
